I’ve always been drawn to design for the connection it creates — the way a space, a story, or even a single detail can feel suddenly familiar. Sometimes it stirs something you can’t quite name, or brings back a memory you didn’t realize you’d held onto. That’s the part of design that keeps me curious — the way it reaches beyond how something looks, and into the thoughts and emotions that live beneath the surface.
My process starts with noticing — the patterns that set a rhythm, the rituals that bring comfort, the habits that hold steady. I look for what’s already working before making anything at all. Because lasting design doesn’t always replace; it refines — shaping the story that’s already begun into something honest, enduring and newly imagined.
When design resonates, it becomes more than what you see — it becomes part of how you live. It reflects what matters most, bringing a quiet sense of belonging that stays with you. A reminder that good design should always feel like home.
Home, to me, is collected and considered. My design style balances clean lines with organic forms, embracing the tension between the imperfect and the refined. It’s rooted in tradition — drawn to materials and details with a sense of heritage and timelessness — yet always open to contrast and surprise. That balance of restraint and character guides everything I create, whether in a room or a brand.
Through The Collected Kind, I focus on interiors — helping clients hone their ideas and make mindful edits to create spaces that feel cohesive, personal, and inspiring. Through The Curious Type, I bring the same sensibility to brand design, creating identities that feel grounded, distinctive, and human.
